There's always something happening outside class to interest you, no matter which campus you choose.  Each GHC site offers a distinctly different personality and flavor.  In Marietta, we're situated on the campus of Southern Polytechnic State University, so our students can live in residence halls if they choose.  They can enjoy the amenities that a larger four-year institution has to offer.  And they can easily explore the urban lifestyle in Atlanta.  In Paulding, students often sun themselves on the charming city square, just outside the doors of GHC.  Through a cooperative program with Kennesaw State University, they need never leave quaint small-town Dallas if they choose to complete their baccalaureate degree in early childhood education, because KSU offers the program on-site.  Cartersville houses the newest campus, and students love to sit and study beside the soaring fireplace in the new student center or work out in the state-of-the-art weight room and fitness labs.  In Douglasville, students never complain about nearby parking and on-campus camaraderie.  All activities there take place in one building, and the brightly painted student center has become the hub of conversation and fun.  In Rome, the Floyd campus offers the beauty of Paris Lake and its adjacent wetlands for students to study and community members to enjoy.  Heritage Hall in the historic district of downtown Rome houses our renowned health sciences program.  In fall 2014, GHC offers the first classes of the new BSN degree, an online bachelor's degree for licensed RNs.  So Engage in possibilities through exploration of service learning, student clubs and activities or athletics.

Excel for life in your career, your family, your community.  GHC students can boast many inspirational success stories.  Read about Joey Johnson, just one example of a successful alumnus, who left Georgia Highlands at the end of June to attend medical school.
