Service Excellence Program

United in Quality and Service

Our priority is to “better serve students.” Service is and will be a key core value of Georgia Highlands College and the University System of Georgia (USG). In June of 2013, The USG Service Excellence Program (SEP) was established to provide the platform for a higher level of coordination of performance-based partnerships resulting in enhanced student experiences and success.

How you can help

We value your input and we want this web site to be one of many avenues you have to provide us with feedback. Whether positive or negative your feedback is important to us and can assist us in improving services, guiding our training initiatives, or by recognizing some of our outstanding employees. Here are a few ways you may provide GHC with valuable feedback.

GHC IT Staff work with middle school students during one of our Fabulous Friday events.

Many of our students receive personal attention from our faculty.
