Executive Board Room and Executive Dining Room Usage Policy

The Executive Board Room and Executive Dining Room are available for use by faculty and staff. Use of the Executive Dining Room is open to faculty and staff on a daily basis, when not reserved for a group function and by use of the employee’s ID for entry. Reservations for private meetings, events and meals shall be made through the executive assistant to the president.
Food consumption shall be confined to the dining room. Beverages will be allowed in the board room but must be removed at the end of the meeting/event.
All food and beverages for meetings and events must be coordinated through GHC Facilities & Catering reservations.
Arrangements for configuration of tables and chairs in the dining room shall be made two weeks in advance through the administrative assistant in plant operations.
Provisions for audio/visual needs must be made a week in advance through the college’s information technology department.
Users of the room are expected to remove any materials, supplies, and trash when finished.
