Print Work Order

The Public Relations and Marketing department provides copy, graphic design and printing services for the college. To request one or more of these services, fill out a Work Order, answering all questions on the form. Be sure to provide the appropriate budget numbers to facilitate transfer of funds from the internal client’s budget to the College Relations budget. Please note that the Public Relations and Marketing WILL NOT begin a project without a work order. All work orders should be submitted via the print work order form.

Weather and Emergency Notifications

Student Photo and Video Policy

Occasionally the Office of Public Relations & Marketing and Digital Media Services will take photos or videos of various programs, around campus, or at off-campus events for use in official marketing materials and on social media. Students who do not wish to have their photo taken must notify the photographer of their wishes. Otherwise, it is assumed that the student approves use of his or her image in college marketing materials.
